Unruly Pupils –Disruptive Behaviours and What Parents Must Do To Help

Recently there has been quite a lot of talk about the negative effects that schools are facing with the increase of unruly pupils in the classrooms. Teachers are having to spend more time managing behavioural problems than teaching full uninterrupted lessons. This is not good for our teachers and honestly not good for our children as well.

As Parents we MUST do more and talk constantly to our children about being good and not joining unruly kids out there in school. The more we talk about it, the higher the probability of our children being aware and having their consciences warn them as well. I have adopted a method with my teen boys (15 and 12 year olds) and I remind them EVERYDAY of how great their future is and why it is important to protect their reputations NOW. I have to say this every day because as youngsters, the likelihood to forget is very high. I also remind them that any bad behaviour also affects my reputation and that is one thing I will NOT tolerate.

Parents it is very important that we take it personally and not just allow them to act anyhow. With the increase of technology and the competition in the global markets, reputation is going to be key in the future for our children.

Here is a reminder for our children today, tell them: YOUR FUTURE IS TOO GREAT- PROTECT YOUR REPUTATION NOW WITH GOOD BEHAVIOURS TO HAVE A BETTER AND MORE SUCCESSFUL FUTURE.
