To All Parents/Carers of Current Year 6 Pupils! Today Is the ‘National Offer Day’

We wish all parents/carers of current year 6 pupils the very best today as they find out if their beloved children got the secondary school place that they wanted.

I just found a time table on the Croydon Borough’s website which I am assuming will be the same across all other boroughs.

Monday March 3rd: National Offer Day. Most Boroughs will send out to parents an offer of a single school place by first class post. During the evening, Parents will get an email with the outcome of the application. Parents MUST wait for the hard copy before logging on to accept or decline their offer online.

Tuesday March 4th: Offer letters should be received.

Monday March 17th: Deadline for parents/carers to respond to their offers.

April 2014: Waiting list places will be offered and also processes of applications received after 31st Oct 2013 begins.

As I mentioned earlier, this time table is from the Croydon Borough. We will advise you to check and confirm these dates with your local Borough’s website.

We wish you all the very best including me. My heart is pounding but I must stay calm. Let’s all Stay Calm! Stay Calm!
