Start Career Advice in Primary Schools

According to the Telegraph, the British Chambers of Commerce has made a proposal calling for Ofsted and Businesses to partner together to engage in Career Advices been shared in Primary school pupils.

The president of the BCC said:

Businesses are concerned about the employability of young people leaving education and coming into the workplace, they are concerned about their attitude and aptitude.

The rise of youth unemployment is also causing a great concern and the BCC suggests early career advice will help close the skill mismatch gap that is currently out there.

What do think about this? Is it too early to have Career Advice given to Primary schools pupils Or Do you think it is better they start early to know the options out there?
